A little about me

I am currently focused on varying interpretations of landscapes of place, body or memory. Through 2D images, installations and videos I explore landscapes affected by passage of time (sometimes years), season, and time of day.  Elements of my experience of parenthood, and the theatrical are also present my work.  Along with my fine art practice, I make and sell crafts (i.e.: wreath making, calligraphy/hand lettering, etc.)  and teach children and adults at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. I have a BFA from the University of Pittsburgh and a MFA from the Pratt Institute. After graduating from Pratt, I attended a residency at the Vermont Studio Center in 2011. Presently I live in the mystical suburb of Milford, Massachusetts with my husband, twin boys and two cats while I plot out my next projects.
